The Bikesafe-London team are very pleased and proud of their partnership with Kawasaki Motors UK at Bourne End in Buckinghamshire. Since 22nd August 2005 KMUK have provided us with two new Kawasaki bikes (a Silver ZX-10R and an Orange KLV1000) to use on Bikesafe-London Rider Skills Days. Martin Lambert, Marketing Manager for KMUK, said, "BikeSafe is an important safety and road environment initiative. Driven forward by those with an interest and understanding of motorcycling, it is naturally something Kawasaki Motors UK is keen to be associated with". He added, "Our partnership with Bikesafe-London provides an ideal platform for one of the largest and most significant Bikesafe schemes in the country to gain more exposure for its goals and to attract yet more motorcycle enthusiasts of all ages and experience". Replacement bikes for the two original loan bikes are a 2006 model ZX-10R and also a new ER-6n.

Sudden Impact in Dagenham have kindly loaned us a Suzuki SV650 for use on our courses. Dan Herbert the chief mechanic at Sudden Impact hands over the machine to P.C. Neale McConnell. Sudden Impact specalise in Paintwork, repairs, and servicing. They also hire bikes and have a breakers called Wotbitz.

MotoDen

They have kindly loaned a new Honda CBF1000F ABS for the North Team to use on the BikeSafe-Rider Skills Days.

George Dennison at MotoDen has expressed his full support for the scheme by pledging to send all his staff at MotoDen and ScooterDen on a Rider Skills Day at the Ace Cafe.

Many of them have done so already, including George himself (and also Michael Petticrew of ScooterDen) who both enjoyed a BikeSafe-London day recently.

MotoDen lay claim to be the largest Honda motorcycle showroom in the UK.

KTM Centre

KTM Centre in Hemel Hempstead (thektmcentre.co.uk) kindly provide KTM motorcycles through KTM Sportmotorcycle UK Ltd for us to use on our rider skills days..

Jason Jones, Director at The KTM Centre said about the police run Bikesafe-London scheme, "You won't find me saying this too often, but these guys are in my books the good guys....try it, it's fun and very worthwhile."

Premier Motorcycles in West Wickham, Kent currently lend a Suzuki GSX-R 600 to the BikeSafe London South team.

Martyn Rae and Mark Read hand over to PC Ian Burchell the keys for a previously loaned GSF1200 Bandit. Mr. Read said " We believe it is important to promote bike safety. "Lots of people have come into the shop and said how good this course is so we wanted to support it."

Longstanding friends of Bikesafe-London, Motorcycles & Moore www.hertfordshireyamaha.co.uk, a Yamaha dealer who state that they will not be beaten on price and based at London Colney in Hertfordshire, have kindly loaned a new Silver Yamaha Fazer 1000 for the North team to use on our Rider Skills Days operating from the Ace Cafe.

Having been good enough to lend the North Team a Daytona 955, North City Triumph kindly replaced it with a new Tiger 1050 this year... and what a bike.

Peter and his team from North City Triumph fully back BikeSafe-London and have arranged 2 courses for their customers this year at The Ace, with other dates later this year and next.
