National BikeSafe Show 2008 Prize Draw Full Terms and Conditions


         
Main prizes are a Kawasaki 250R Ninja and Kawasaki ER-6n. There may be additional prizes available.

  1. Only one entry allowed per person
  2. Persons must be 18 or over to enter and win one of these bikes. Proof of age may be required.
  3. The prize draw for both bikes will be held during the 2008 National BikeSafe Motorcycle Show at the end of Sunday 30th March 2008 and every attempt will be made to notify winners within 2 weeks of that date.
  4. Entrants agree to any publicity that BikeSafe-London and Kawasaki Motors UK may arrange in association with this draw (such as handing over the bike, etc).
  5. Names (only) of the winners will be published on the BikeSafe-London website within 1 month of the draw taking place.
  6. The information provided when you register your details will be used by BikeSafe-London and their agents to contact you at a later date if you have won one of the bikes. Any unreadable entry will be disregarded and another drawn.
  7. Information received may be used by BikeSafe-London or their agents to contact you regarding a Rider Skills Day if indicated on the form.
  8. Information received may be used by Kawasaki Motors UK or their agents to contact you regarding information or offers if indicated on this form.
  9. The prizes offered are a new Kawasaki 250R Ninja and a new Kawasaki ER-6n. These are provided by Kawasaki Motors UK. Colours and exact specification may be different than the models displayed at the event. There is no alternative prize offered.
  10. Submission of an entry form authorises Transport for London, the Metropolitan Police Service and the City of London Police, their service providers and subcontractors, to use this information for the purposes of administering the BikeSafe scheme. Your personal information will be properly safeguarded and processed in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998.
  11. No member of the organising staff including those directly employed during the event by the organising staff is permitted to enter the draw.
  12. It will be the responsibility of the winner to ensure they have the correct documentation required by law prior to riding it on public roads.
  13. It will be the responsibility of the winner to arrange collection of the motorcycle in conjunction with BikeSafe-London and Kawasaki Motors UK. All reasonable steps will be taken by the organisers to facilitate delivery.
  14. The draw will be performed by an independent adjudicator and will be witnessed by the organisers or their agents.
  15. Entrants must have attended the National BikeSafe Show 2008 on either day and submitted their entry personally.

The organisers and their agents reserve the right to remove entries that do not conform to these rules, or if any impropriety comes to light with regard to an entry.


BikeSafe London is a Rider Skills Day, not Advanced Training.
