Finally...
I don't ride a bike in London to sit in a line of traffic. Riding in London or any major city is not always a pleasurable thing, lots of us commute into and out of London on a daily basis and as part of that we filter. On our BikeSafe days we often see riders filtering down the outside of a line of traffic much too close to other vehicles they are passing. This means that any movement by the other vehicles could compromise your safety. Filtering is something we cover on our BikeSafe days, but one of the keys to reducing risk when filtering is to give yourself room. This gives you more time to react should the traffic situation change. For more hints and tips on filtering and much more have a look at our website and book a day.
